VPZ are the market leading UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. We currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our business.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment and onboarding process.

This role will be based in our Head Office, however there is the possibility of travel across the UK when required.

Main Responsibilities:
Delivering a first-class candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment process,

Sourcing and screening candidates

Successfully demonstrating end to end candidate engagement and satisfaction

Posting and creating social media content to help drive recruitment

Continually looking for ways to improve our processes to drive a better recruitment experience for all

Developing close relationships with key stakeholders ensuring they are engaged and involved in their recruitment activity, end-to-end

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous recruitment experience

Be highly organised and high attention to detail

Have the ability to work as a team and individually

Have a high level of written and verbal communication

Retail/hospitality experience preferred but not essential

Reward:
Up to £30,000 DOE
