Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions, based on client preferences and budgetary considerations
• Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and any special requests, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience
• Conduct thorough research on destinations, accommodations, and activities to provide informed recommendations aligned with client interests
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience
• Stay abreast of travel advisories, weather forecasts, and other pertinent information to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions or emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, payments, and client communications using our booking system and other digital tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their journey, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and travel vendors
• Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms for research, communication, and booking travel arrangements
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and adapt to changes in travel plans
• Genuine passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients
