This position is based at Voyages Corporate Office, Sydney.

The Finance Systems Analyst has the primary responsibility for the maintenance and integrity of the data within all the Financial Systems, and to assist with driving continual improvement over the same.

Your key role will see you:

• GL System (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Reporting & Budgeting System/s (Power BI, Solver, Infor BI, Jet Reports)
• Procurement & Inventory System/s (Marketboomer PurchasePlus, Materials Control)
• Point of Sale (Infrasys POS, Quickfuel)
• Property Management System/s (Opera ORS/PMS, RMS Cloud)
• Expense Management System (SAP Concur)
• Payment System (Windcave/Payment Express) Investigation & Configuration.

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role or with a strong focus on systems, projects and processes within a finance or group/enterprise function
• Relevant professional qualifications in the field/s of Finance, Accounting and/or Information Technology
• Experience with, or relevant industry qualifications in, Advanced BI tools (i.e. Power BI, Infor BI, or similar) and/or other Microsoft tools such as PowerApps or Power Automate will be highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of relational data, joins, primary keys, query logic. Experience with SQL or similar language/s for scripting data extraction and/or automation purposes will be highly regarded
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modelling including VBA knowledge
• An analytical mindset combined with a passion for getting into the details to ensure accuracy and systems integrity will be key success factors for the role
• Experience with Chart of Accounts and finance system GL structures
