Voyagaire Lodge and Houseboats Hiring for Waitstaff at Crane Lake, Minnesota Full Time

Looking for experienced full-time servers for our busy Summer season.

Crane Lake, Minnesota is the gateway to Voyageurs National Park.  Located four hours north of the Twin Cities, the small community is a short boat ride away from the United States/ Canadian border.  The National Park is over 218,000 acres and is dominated by pristine waterways, granite cliffs, and soaring pine forests.  Outdoor enthusiasts, solitude seekers, and everyone in-between converge in Crane Lake with one thing in mind – Explore.

Voyagaire Lodge & Houseboats is a one-stop hospitality experience.  In addition to a full-service restaurant and bar, Voyagaire boasts 15 lodge rooms and 35 houseboat rentals. The restaurant features a large waterfront deck that overlooks a small beach and beautiful Crane Lake. Since there are plenty of moving parts, bartenders and servers are expected to handle large volumes of guests with flexibility and ease. We strive to be a cut above the rest.

We are currently looking to expand our roster of experienced F&B’ers for what is sure to be another record-breaking summer.

Server – Ability to handle high volume, stay composed, control the flow and communicate is necessary.  Knowledge of spirits, beer and wine is necessary. 4+ years of experience preferred.

Free on-site housing is available for the right candidate. Dormitory style housing consists of shared rooms and communal bathrooms. There are no kitchen facilities in the “crew quarters.” Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided from the same kitchen that prepares meals for our guests. $150.00 is taken out per bi-weekly paycheck. 

Employees of the lodge can also enjoy complimentary use of our canoes, kayaks, and small motorboats as availability allows.
