About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.

The Logistics Coordinator is an administrative point of contact responsible for organizing and communicating with various internal / external partners to ensure timely scheduling, preparation, tracking and delivery support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• New item introduction and deletion, item maintenance and other administration.
• Maintain current spreadsheets that analyze day-to-day operational activities and the aptitude to develop one’s own analysis.
• Proactive production planning and coordination with suppliers based on demand patterns and trends.
• Order delivery communication and facilitation between suppliers, carriers, and customers.
• Work closely with customers and motor carrier partners concerning cargo status and / or to obtain customer information necessary to complete delivery.
• Effectively manage customer issues and complaints to resolution, as necessary.
• Ensures daily work assignments are complete, escalating if obstacles present.
• Timely communication provided to each internal department to address issues and / or complaints.
• Consistently meets or exceeds the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a thorough and professional fashion. This includes timely return of phone calls, emails, and customer, partner and internal inquiries.
• Creates a positive and professional work environment and leads by example.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all company and client information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One year of experience in customer service or dispatch (preferred)

Compensation : $50-65K
