Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Associate. The position will play a vital role in executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities:

• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Identify, research, and collaborate with social media influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiating contracts, setting campaign goals, and tracking results.
• Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and optimize future collaborations.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that showcases our eyewear products.
• Provide guidance and creative direction to influencers to ensure content aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Review and approve influencer-generated content to maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
• Conduct research to identify target audience segments and optimize ad targeting strategies.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze campaign metrics, and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Track, analyze, and on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
• Provide regular s and insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, and trends.
• Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, or advertising, preferably within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital advertising principles.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, digital analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Passion for eyewear fashion, technology, and keeping up with industry trends.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
