About The Role

We’re looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing People Team. This person will help to deliver a top-notch experience that WOWs candidates and models Vori’s values and brand. In this position, you will manage the candidate experience from beginning to end, helping us to bring on world-class team members. You will collaborate with hiring managers to create and execute on hiring targets, develop interview plans, sourcing candidates, and evaluating hiring metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic recruitment plan
• Design and customize job descriptions, hiring stages, and interview guides based on each position’s requirements
• Manage candidate information and all communication
• Analyze recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and source of hire
• Set hiring goals including timeframes and deliverables
• Source candidates to build a talent pipeline
• Review HR practices and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process
• Establish assessment methods to test candidates on job-related skills (e.g. computer skills test, role-playing activities)
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed
• Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities

Qualifications 

• Proven recruiting experience as an In-house Recruiter
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and execute solutions in a timely manner.
• A high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable shifting tasks and priorities based on hiring priorities and business needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and continuously simplify workflows.
• BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
