Recruitment Specialist – In house

12 Month FTC with potential to become permanent

Warwick – Hybrid working

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency or in house recruitment & used to working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter looking for a role with lots of responsibility and scope that is flexible across 37.5 hrs, office based in Warwick CV34 5YA.

You will be responsible for all permanent and fixed term recruitment working with the Recruitment Team to deliver the best service for both candidates and hiring managers across all Volvo Group brands and specialisms including, Finance, Administration, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Engineering etc.

Our HR Services team is made up of 12 people including HR Admin, Payroll and Recruitment. The team is focused on delivering the best service for the business aligned to our mission; We are There, We Care, We Dare. We are part of the global People and Culture Team and regularly meet to discuss our performance and new ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a coach and advise managers on every part of their hiring process from advert to offer, own the process. Use your knowledge of employment legislation to ensure our process remains free from bias and drives diverse hiring.

Proactively manage recruitment, use your sourcing skills to find talent and your social media skills to make unknown talent warm.

Work closely within the team to ensure candidates have a good experience

Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.

Be passionate about Volvo Group Brands – learn, embody and reflect the culture of each brand to potential employees.

Be creative – write enticing advert copy and create employer branding content for our social media and website using global EVP tools and career branding.

Report on KPI’s and holistic data such as the monthly recruitment survey.

WHO ARE YOU?

A future focused recruiter with excellent communication skills, you are savvy on systems and creative with social media and advertising. You’ll ideally have experience working in-house as part of a HR team, but feel comfortable working on your own initiative. CIPD Level 5 is desirable but not essential.
