Volt Hiring for Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Coppell, TX, United States Full Time

Volt has partnered with a 100 year old nationwide and well known company to help identify a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for immediate hire.

This role will primarily focus on recruiting for internal positions for branch offices and corporate roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will :

• Partner with hiring managers and build overall recruiting strategy.
• Responsible for full life cycle of the recruiting process. Recruiting for professional / corporate level and branch positions – Sales, Customer Service, Insurance, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other sources
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing prescreen phone interviews to assess applicant’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiations, while ensuring candidates have a good candidate experience.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting s to the rest of the team
• Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting of professional level openings preferable in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge applicant tracking systems.
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay Rate : $35-37 / hr

Length : 3-6 months

Location : This is an onsite role, sitting in Coppell, Texas, or Costa Mesa, California
