We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team in Surrey, BC on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing duties including: preparing the store/showroom for the day, daily cleaning duties, lunch orders, garbage and recycling

• First point of contact for in-store customers, phone calls, emails and voicemails

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Maintaining a clean and efficient Store Front, Office, Showroom and Warehouse Environment

• Shipping & receiving, involving: unpacking, counting, folding, sizing and repacking for special orders (Boxes can weigh 5-30 lbs)

• Assists with inventory, including ordering, receiving and stocking merchandise as well as office supplies

• Sample management and inventory

• Production Support (Heat press, vinyl cutting, etc.)

• Online Team Store support

• Communication with Calgary Head Office

• Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to the Office Manager

• Carry out other store administrative tasks as directed by the Office Manager

• Comply to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace

• Responsible for completing all other duties, projects and assignments as assigned

Qualifications and Education requirements:

Impeccable customer service (dealing with all customer queries efficiently & effectively)

Excellent communication skills (over the phone & in-person)

Uber organized with a strong attention to detail

Outstanding computer skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Additional Notes:

Interest in and/or experience in local sports would be considered an asset.

Experience with G Suite would be considered an asset.

Experience with CorelDRAW and/or Photoshop would be considered an asset.

Class 5 License and access to a vehicle is required.

Hours would include weekdays and weekends between 8:30am-5:00pm, and may be flexible.
