Panax Enterprises Inc. (dba Volleyball Stuff) has been serving Canada since 1983. VBS specializes in providing high quality, fully custom clothing with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Our customers include local sports teams (high school and club), varsity sports teams and Team Canada athletes!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team in Calgary, AB on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Locating and contacting prospective new customers, and generating new leads

• Process Sales Orders in an efficient, accurate manner, paying close attention to detail and instructions, and managing projects while following vbs production procedures

• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, available merchandise, and new products that the company will offer to customers

• Establish and grow supplier relationships

• Using strong research skills and deep product – or industry knowledge – to answer customer inquiries and make product suggestions

• Participate in Sales meetings

• Lead/Support event activations + registration nights

• Production Support (Heat press, vinyl cutting, etc.)

• Lead/Support Online Team Stores

• Communication with Surrey Office

• Shipping & receiving support, involving: unpacking, counting, folding, sizing and repacking for special orders (Boxes can weigh 5-30 lbs.)

• Comply to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace

• Responsible for completing all other duties, projects and assignments as assigned

Qualifications and Education requirements:

Impeccable customer service (dealing with all customer queries efficiently & effectively)

Excellent communication skills (over the phone & in-person)

Uber organized

Outstanding computer skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Adaptation and flexibility in an ever changing environment

Additional Notes:

Interest in and/or experience in local sports would be considered an asset.

Experience with G Suite would be considered an asset.

Experience with CorelDRAW and/or Photoshop would be considered an asset.

Class 5 License and access to a vehicle is required.

Hours would include weekdays and weekends between 8:30am-5:00pm, and may be flexible.
