We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as PA to the Director on a full-time permanent basis. In this busy and varied role you’ll have excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll enjoy managing multiple tasks and as a baseline, provide outstanding day to day administrative support on everything from meeting preparation, business update planning, travel arrangements and succinct action points from meetings.
You’ll be an established professional assistant, experienced supporting at board level, and liaising with senior leaders within the UK and internationally, on a regular basis. You’ll be responsible for extensive planning and know how to effectively prioritise, screen and forward plan.
