We are looking for a well-versed Rock Star Digital Marketer to help us move our 3rd party Agency to run digital marketing internally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, is creative, has outstanding communications skills, and has a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful campaigns. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data, creating content, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This is a very unique and special opportunity for a creative individual eager to make an impact in digital marketing and join and aid in building an emerging brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Create content for digital channels, including website, email, and social media.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns.
• Create influencer/ambassador program to increase audience and build brand awareness
• Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
• Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular s on progress.
• Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO techniques helps in improving the user experience and optimizing landing pages, forms, and other elements to increase the conversion rate.
• Marketing Automation: Proficiency in marketing automation tools helps streamline workflows, segment audiences, and deliver personalized content and messages at scale.
• Data Interpretation and Visualization: Being able to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner using charts, graphs, and other visual aids is important for communicating insights to stakeholders.
