The Senior HR Strategy & Governance Manager is to act as a custodian for continuous alignment between key HR strategies and company top line priorities. Working closely with the CHRO and People, Talent and Organisation Director, the role is responsible for ensuring the timely planning and representation of HR Strategies on key company governance platforms, overseeing the programme management of key top HR projects. Owns, and coordinates ExCo/Board preparation activities, and plays a key link between internal and external communications teams.
This role reports to the Global People, Talent and Organisation Director.
