Senior HR Business Partner (Job Share, 22.5 hours per week)

Location: Newbury or London / Home (Hybrid working)

Role purpose:

This role will be the HR lead (as part of a job-share) for the Finance and Legal, Corporate Security and Compliance (LSC) functions, directly partnering the CFO and Head of LSC and their leadership teams.

The role will jointly work with their job share partner to develop and drive the people plan and priorities for Finance and LSC. Key focus areas will be on organisational effectiveness, diverse talent management, Skills and Capability development, engagement, and culture.

What will you be doing?

• Developing, driving, and facilitating delivery of the Finance and LSC people plans to support the achievement of the business strategy.
• Leading the evolution of the Finance & LSC operating models aligned with global functional strategy and priorities, to ensure future readiness, and operational efficiency
• Driving the engagement and cultural change agenda for Finance and LSC, including embedding spirit behaviours,
• Development of a robust talent strategy to drive a diverse pipeline of senior leaders both externally and internally
• Coaching of leadership team and implementing and facilitating leadership and team effectiveness interventions

Who are we looking for?

• Commercially / financially savvy
• Experienced HR Business Partners with breadth of HR experience, ideally in Corporate Functions
• Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator
• Ability to adapt and deal with ambiguity,
• Analytical, comfortable with interpreting and using data insights. intellectual capacity to learn quickly
• OE and change management experience desirable
• Experience of large matrixed organisations
• HR Professional Qualifications desirable but not essential
