Location: Newbury or London / Home (Hybrid working)

Role purpose:
This role will be the HR lead (as part of a job-share) for the Finance and Legal, Corporate Security and Compliance (LSC) functions, directly partnering the CFO and Head of LSC and their leadership teams.
The role will jointly work with their job share partner to develop and drive the people plan and priorities for Finance and LSC. Key focus areas will be on organisational effectiveness, diverse talent management, Skills and Capability development, engagement, and culture.
