What will you be doing?

Deliver end to end resourcing activities for Frontline/volume hiring in Customer Service and Operations in Vodafone UK, acting as “Resourcing Specialist” to key CS&O stakeholders/areas. Support with the continual development of the talent attraction mission and act as a positive ambassador of the Vodafone employer brand.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery
• Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate with candidate over the phone in a positive and engaging way.
• Proactive, positive approach to using systems and technology.
• Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach ideally in a matrix environment
• Hands-on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately.
• Ability to think creatively, but practically – creative problem solving skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results
