What will you be doing?

Working within the Consumer HR Business Partner team, driving an ambitious people plan to support the Consumer business strategy of being #1 for Customer Experience, #1 for Convergence and #1 Best Place to work.

As HR Specialist you will be accountable for the delivery of all central HR activities, such as ASR, PD, Recognition, DB process, whilst driving improvement in Diversity & Inclusion and Engagement. Your main responsibilities will be leading our Retail ‘best of the best’ strategy, HR support for our retail partner agents and supporting our Telesales colleagues.

The role will also support the Head of HR (Consumer & CS&O) and HR business partners in the delivery of key people projects such as Future Ready.

• Support the Consumer Business in the execution of HR processes, including but not limited to Resourcing, Performance Management, Recognition, Monthly Headcount Reporting, and the annual budget process
• Support our Consumer D&I agenda, ensuring that we promote offerings from the Group and UK, as well as continually challenging our thinking to ensure we are innovative in our approach.
• Consumer Spirit Beat & Pulse lead, working with the HR BPs to continually improve our employee experience.
• Support HR Business Partners on people projects, liaising with the central teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Advocate & support the use of the HR operating model, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service

Who are we looking for?

• Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders
• Strong relationship skills; strong communicator Commercially savvy/ability to navigate a matrixed, complex & international organisation Project management, comms and experience in managing/ coordinating change programmes
• Ability to adapt, deal with ambiguity, learn quickly
• To quickly understand the VF Group, Market and VF HR operating models and reinforce these
• Restless curiosity, learning from within and the external market to continually push the boundaries to improve our employee experience.
• Excel and Power Point proficient
• HR Professional Qualifications desirable but not essential
