Perfect part time opportunity for someone in their last year of university or looking for a little bit of work/life balance.

Vocus is a telco that runs at a fast pace and we need a true “all-rounder” who can roll up their sleeves and get it done. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager the successful candidate will be supporting the recruitment team on end-to-end recruitment.

Your busy days will be filled with rewarding work that exposes you to recruitment and HR by doing the day-to-day recruitment administration tasks.

• Taking a job brief from Hiring Managers
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Managing the candidate pool
• Shortlisting, phone screening and organising interviews
• Managing candidate queries and communication
• Managing external contractors
• Using our systems, Jobadder, Dayforce and HR Onboard
• Managing the onboarding process and generating contracts
• Reference checking candidates
• Managing Vocus referral program
• Adhoc project work where required

What are we looking for?

• An energetic team member to come in and work with a busy team. Someone who can take on the workload with a smile and positivity.
• A well-organized administrator with a keen interest in Recruitment
• An excellent eye for detail and are passionate about the candidate experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Someone who values the candidate experience and wants to play a role in creating and cultivating this
• A highly competent communicator both verbal and written
• An excellent time manager who can juggle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
