Our Head of Talent Acquisition role is vacant, and we are taking applications for our next Talent Super Star to lead our team of brilliant Talent Partners and support the 1400 individuals that make up the Vocus team.

Cutting to the chase…the day to day will look like this:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment across all roles in Vocus and team of 3 Talent Partners, ensuring workloads are balanced and roles are allocated according to team strengths.
• Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategy for sourcing in market and internally and drive the solution to outcome
• Own the ATS system for recruitment (Jobadder) and letter formation (HROB),
• Support the required governance and data integrity, using our end-to-end HCM, championing it’s use and providing technical support as needed
• Keep across new technologies and recruitment trends and review current solutions and processes periodically
• Own, review and manage content across the Vocus Careers site as well as company pages on LinkedIn, Seek, all job boards and other social platforms
• Own and evolve candidate engagement though excellent communications and social engagement on LinkedIn
• Manage and own the relationship with the preferred supplier panel
• Own the EVP and work with business to further evolving our EVP – Do it. Own it. Love it.
• Own and manage the Vocus team member referral program
• Take the lead and support the business with visa sponsorships
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on vacancies as well as quarterly NPS reporting on candidate experience
• Manage the recruitment budget
