Recruits, interviews, and hires quality candidates to meet VNS Health’s staffing needs. Works with Recruitment staff to ensure that all pre/post-employment administrative functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with VNS Health/Governmental requirements. Works with hiring managers to keep abreast of their recruitment needs, build recruitment strategies to ensure their recruitment needs are met and advise them of recruitment trends and tools. Participates in job fairs and other recruitment outreach activities. Works under general supervision.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent work experience required
Work Experience:
Minimum of three years broad-based experience recruiting for positions in a variety of disciplines and levels (e.g., health care, business, technical, management) OR at least one year of experience at VNS Health as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a position at/above the specialist level, plus at least two years of related experience required
General knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws, regulations, rules and practices required
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills required
Personal computer skills, including experience using recruitment HRIS systems required
General experience in internet-based recruitment preferred
Experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment plans required
Project management skills preferred
