VNA of Florida Hiring for Digital Marketing Coordinator/ Events Coordinator Full Time

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida’s home office in Stuart is looking for a creative mind that is energetic and a critical thinker to add to our in-house marketing team. Our ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques, fantastic communication skills the ability to cultivate good relationships with clients, colleagues, distributors and other stakeholders. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
• Will coordinate and manage the companies sponsored events like our Charity Golf Event, our Charity Sporting Clays Event and our Denim and Diamonds fundraiser just to name a few.
• Should have a basic understanding of Mail Chimp, Microsoft office suite, Project management software like Wrike and all Social Media platforms.
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills, as well as proofreading skills
• Traffic and project manage all marketing efforts to appropriate channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience is essential
