Job Title: Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview: We seek a motivated and experienced Social Media Assistant to join our team and assist the Director, Vanessa, with various social media and administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, approximately 30 hours per month with potential for growth into a part-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Research trending content across Instagram and TikTok to identify relevant and engaging topics for our clients
• Organise client folders and content on Google Drive 
• Liaise with external resources and freelancers, such as Fiverr and Airtasker, to curate content when needed.
• Create last-minute video content if emerging trends or urgent requirements arise.
• Assist Vanessa, the Director, in managing client expectations and providing support in creating marketing and ing presentations.
• Engage and interact with clients and business LinkedIn accounts every week.
• Take the initiative and contribute creative project ideas to support Vanessa and the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for managing client folders and content
• Proficient in Google Drive and other relevant digital tools
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, freelancers, and the internal team
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry

Compensation: $25 per hour 

Hours: 30 – 35 hours per month
