Vivrelle Hiring for Social Media Director at New York, NY, United States Full Time

Vivrelle is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Director to play a critical role in the brand’s continued growth. This role will be ing to our Director of Brand and Partnerships within our Marketing Department.

We are looking for an independent and hard working individual who can also work collaboratively with a growing team. In this role, you will be leading our social media team across all of our channels.

You will work on achieving our growth and engagement goals across all social channels.

This person will support the creative pipeline from ideation through execution, manage the day to day team and their responsibilities & oversee and amend the content calendar.

You will be responsible for owning all social channels end to end and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the social media team inclusive of seasonal interns.

Responsibilities :

• Lead social media marketing across all social media platforms including ideating on concepts and scripts, shooting content, publishing content, setting a social media calendar, and managing direct s
• Support in developing channel strategy across new product launches and evergreen campaigns achieving revenue goals
• Spearhead new social media strategies including launching on new channels
• Increase follower growth and engagement through creative innovation within your channel mix through a combination of creative strategy, creative optimization, and new methods for optimizing engagement
• Partner with the Brand, Creative, Social and Influencer teams to develop strategies & campaigns that drive profitable sales and revenue for our retail channels
• Analyze results and communicate performance to broader team and senior leadership
• Stay current with emerging opportunities in the social media marketing world
• Compile weekly social media update recap inclusive of updates to social following, engagement, and notable brand mentions
• Assist in research & planning for all Tiktok content
• Assist in producing content for social channels- ideate, shoot, edit, and execute Tiktok content
• Follow trends to help develop exciting, consistent, and fun messages across all platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest
• Brainstorm creative ways to boost community engagement on social channels inclusive of new strategies and concepts for Instagram stories, email marketing, and TikTok
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in creative concepts Engage in daily community monitoring whereby you will communicate with users across social platforms and followers in the form of comments, direct messages, relevant on-brand content
• Actively monitor engagement and growth on social channels Observe social media trends
• Manage a small team by providing mentorship and support on a daily basis

Requirements :

• 4+ years of experience within Social Media strategy and marketing
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Video editing, Photo editing
• Agency experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Social Media strategy
• People management experience
• Must be comfortable being on camera
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and brand-obsessed
• Organized and detail oriented
• Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
