Vivienne Westwood Hiring for HR and Recruitment Officer Job at United Kingdom Full Time

The London office of Vivienne Westwood is currently recruiting HR and Recruitment Officer. This is a challenging and superb opportunity for HR professional to join a luxury brand. The successful candidate will be based in our headquarters in Battersea and will report to Head of HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Carrying out internal recruitment: creating job ads, job posting, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews,
• Onboarding process: placing offer letters, reference checks, right to work checks, preparing employment contracts, holding HR inductions and conducting exit interviews,
• Being first point of contact for recruitment and temp agencies,
• Preparation of employees’ contracts, tenant reference letters, employment reference letters, change of position letters and amendments to contract letters,
• Updating payroll accordingly each month with any new starter/leaver changes, deductions or amendments to contracts,
• Support with disciplinary and grievance processes,
• Responsible for both the electronic HR system and personnel files ensuring they are accurate and kept up to date,
• Support with disciplinary and grievance processes,
• Support with preparing and carrying out staff trainings,
• General office administrative duties including filing, archiving, preparing meeting rooms, making hot beverages and supporting the Receptionist as and when required,
• Assisting the HR team in developing and implementing new projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR Administration role,
• Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information,
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Well-developed interpersonal skills,
• Attention to detail and able to work on own initiative,
• The ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment,
• Highly organised and able to work at pace with accuracy,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Systems,
• A basic knowledge of UK employment law and principles of good HR practices.
