About the Year 4 Teacher Role:

In this post you will be teaching a bright class of 30 Year 4 pupils, following the ‘no child left behind’ policy that is at the heart of this school’s ethos. Day-to-day, the chosen Teacher will enjoy coordinating lessons with the support of a knowledgeable Teaching Assistant, allowing you the freedom to concentrate on more elements of your pedagogy. A major part of this role will be gaining an insight into the best teaching practices by following the advice of an on hand Parallel teacher mentor. Under the school’s dynamic ethos, the appointed Year 4 Teacher will be expected to teach fun and creative lessons that induce engagement and attainment from pupils.
