We are looking for an Accounting clerk who can comfortably perform general entries and functions independently.

Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a versatility in working with different accounting software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Answer general timekeeping software questions

• Conduct business credit checks

• Audit sales commissions

• Complete other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of office clerk experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Organized and communicative
