As Viva’s new Finance Administrator, you will assist the Finance Manager in the running of the Finance Department, administering all day-to-day income and expenditure transactions. You will also take responsibility for Viva’s global accounting entries and bookkeeping, based in our Oxford office but working closely with our US, Hong Kong and Uganda offices.

This is a part- or full-time role for Viva in the UK, located either at its Oxford offices or home-working, with the expectation that you will come into the office in Oxford on a regular basis. The salary will be £20,000 to £24,000 pro rata per annum (depending on experience).
