Based out of Charlotte NC – Viva Chicken is a fast-casual, charcoal-fire Rotisserie Joint specializing in the authentic Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken) found on the streets of Peru. At Viva, you will find a “scratch” kitchen where our food is made fresh daily! Viva promises distinctive and flavorful menu items packed with inspired recipes in a vibrant, inviting atmosphere.

$200 paid out after 30-days of employment, (minimum 50 hours worked) for the first 40 people hired! Taxes will be withheld from the $200 and you must be employed when the bonus checks are paid.

What you’ll do:

Cook the hottest, freshest chicken in our state-of-the-art kitchens!
Prepare high-quality food with fiery speed – you got the heat? Bring it to our kitchens!
Ability to work in an environment that is big on teamwork!
Follow food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to follow a recipe
• Being bilingual is a plus!
