Position Overview

The Customer Support Representative position is held by a dynamic, highly-motivated and organized individual with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service to our Vitu clients. The potential candidate will need to interpret, apply, and explain provisions of the Minnesota Vehicle Code. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures of the Driver Vehicle Services pertaining to the registering and titling of vehicles and vessels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer and employee inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
• Audit and verify paperwork against DVS policies, providing notice to customers and to DVS as set by company procedures.
• Answer customer questions related to errors found.
• Any other task required to facilitate the movement of paperwork from the client to DVS.
• Assist customer questions related to DVS policy and assist in identifying what’s needed for processing applications submitted by customers.
• Access customer data for troubleshooting issues and printing required paperwork.
• Provide domain expertise and advice, as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to all Vitu customers.
• Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

• Knowledge of automotive industry is required; dealership experience is preferred.
• Fingerprint/criminal record clearance is required for this position.
