About the role

Viterra is seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our human resources team in a permanent full time position. In this role, you will be involved in all elements of our recruitment process, with a key focus on attracting and retaining the right people for roles within the business. This role will spend time reviewing existing recruitment methods, identifying improvement opportunities and engaging with potential applicants.

Duties

• Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries
• Prepare interview guides, schedule and participate in interviews
• Work closely with hiring managers to support the talent attraction process
• Research and evaluate new retention and attraction methods
• Work to identify, attract and engage potential applicants
• Assist in the implementation of recruitment improvement projects and initiatives
• Assist with the annual harvest recruitment campaign
• Participate in other HR and Recruitment projects

About you

• Qualifications and/or demonstrated skills and experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment coordinator role with a focus on identifying and engaging with talent and building talent pipelines
• Experience with high volume recruitment, desirable
• Knowledge of BigRedSky and Chris21, desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive
