Our Talent Acquisition Associates are an integral part of our People Team. Their task is to seek out and engage with the best Customer Services and Sales talent in the market. From advertising to onboarding they have a strong focus on creating a memorable but robust candidate experience, showcasing Vitality’s values and culture, to attract diverse talent into our contact centres
This opportunity is offered on a hybrid working pattern, working 2 days in an office and 3 days remotely.
Accountabilities
Write and post engaging adverts, selecting the most relevant platforms to promote and attract applications from diverse talent
Proactively search for talent in competitive markets using social tools and through existing applicant talent pools
Sift applications and short-list for telephone interview
Conduct candidate telephone interview and make recommendations as to who are the best candidates to proceed
Arrange interviews or selection events with candidates and hiring managers
Keep all relevant stakeholders and the candidates up to date with engaging and personalised communications
Develop mutually respectful relationships with selected recruitment and talent attraction partners
Ensure all recruitment activity is updated live into the ATS and accurately reported onto any shared trackers
Deliver outcomes of interviews to candidates in a timely manner
Initiate digital onboarding
Contribute towards the design and execution of relevant attraction strategies
Skills Required
Essential
A good understanding of Customer Service or Sales roles in a contact centre environment
Ability to work accurately and keep a level head in a fast-paced environment
A strong desire to give a great candidate experience
The ability to multi-task and handle different demands from various areas of the business
Positive and proactive approach
Confident decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation
