Below is an outline of how this process works. You will need to include your licensure / credentials and your current pay stub (for wage verifications only) to submit your application.

• Once your application has been submitted, VitalCore Health Strategies will verify your credentials and wages. An offer letter will be extended to you through the email provided on your application, and you will be prompted to electronically sign the letter, if you accept.
• If the offer is accepted, VitalCore will send a pre-hire welcome letter via email with instructions to register a new account with ADP, our HR and payroll system.
• When your ADP registration is complete, you will need to log in to complete onboarding tasks, such as entering your direct deposit information, state and federal tax forms, company policy acknowledgement, and I-9 form.

You will be required to upload any professional healthcare license during this step. You will also be making your benefit selections in ADP for all benefit eligible employees.
