Having started your career and worked across the full HR spectrum as a generalist, you’re looking for your next challenge. You’ve completed your CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent degree) and have a hunger to learn, to develop, and to improve both the business and our ways of working.
As well as providing operational HR support, and day-to-day transactional and administrative activities, you’ll be working proactively within the business as it scales and grows.
And talking of scale and growth, we’ve got exciting plans here – so you’ll need to have coordinated and delivered on multiple talent acquisition activities. At Vitaccess we want to ensure a first-rate candidate experience whilst promoting our employer brand.
If you’re looking for a company that makes a real difference, values your individual input, and trusts you to get the job done – hello, you’ve found us!
What you’ll do…
Our people are everything, and you’ll be delivering the full employee lifecycle ensuring a fantastic employee experience – it starts with the onboarding and doesn’t stop.
Of course, you’ll be providing rigorous advice to employees, and it goes without saying that you’ll guide our managers through our processes, providing specialist advice as required.
Added to that, you’ll drive our initiatives that support the physical, mental, and financial health and wellbeing of the teams, as well as getting involved with other people-engagement initiatives and activities.
Sorry, but it’s a no unless you have…
Your CIPD Level 5, or equivalent degree, with demonstrated experience working as an HR generalist, across the full HR spectrum.
You’ll also need proven communication skills (written and verbal) and you’ll pay strong attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy and work standards.
Naturally, it’s important you have excellent interpersonal skills, with an open communication style.
And finally, you’ll need to have the ability to work autonomously and flexibly, adapting your approach to fit evolving circumstances/needs.
Bonus points for…
Languages other than English to a standard that is useful at work (we know the time and where the station is…).
And if you’ve worked in an SME that would be preferable too.
