Vita Health Group Hiring for Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a friendly, established team in an apprenticeship role. This is a great chance to build your skills in a fast-paced role dealing with multiple stakeholders and helping the team provide a first-class customer experience.

Combining studies with practical work you will develop your recruitment experience in a busy commercial environment. Providing support in recruitment co-ordination, administration and customer-service and working in partnership with job applicants, Hiring Managers and suppliers you will build your understanding of the process whilst ensuring that all activity is actioned speedily and accurately.

Working remotely there will be constant contact and support from your close colleagues and the wider HR team, as well as communication with external and internal customers. There will also be the chance to be involved in a range of group-wide projects.

Above all you should possess the desire and enthusiasm to develop a career in recruitment, get pleasure out of working hard to make things happen and enjoy interacting with people at all levels across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using the system to prepare, set up and advertise vacancies
• Updating job descriptions and adverts
• Monitoring and managing applicants as they progress through the system
• Dealing with inbox queries quickly and efficiently
• Assisting with the scheduling of screening calls and interviews liaising closely with both hiring managers and applicants
• Maintaining the system as the process progresses, ensuring roles are closed off and applicants kept informed
• Prioritising workload to meet daily tasks and address business priorities
• Completing your apprenticeship using allocated study time

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• One year experience in an administration or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to engage with potential candidates over the phone and by email, to help promote the company and answer questions in the search for new talent
• Desire to develop a career within a recruitment setting
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Packages, in particular Word and Excel
• Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion

Desirable:

• Previous experience within a recruitment setting
