We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a friendly, established team in an apprenticeship role. This is a great chance to build your skills in a fast-paced role dealing with multiple stakeholders and helping the team provide a first-class customer experience.
Combining studies with practical work you will develop your recruitment experience in a busy commercial environment. Providing support in recruitment co-ordination, administration and customer-service and working in partnership with job applicants, Hiring Managers and suppliers you will build your understanding of the process whilst ensuring that all activity is actioned speedily and accurately.
Working remotely there will be constant contact and support from your close colleagues and the wider HR team, as well as communication with external and internal customers. There will also be the chance to be involved in a range of group-wide projects.
Above all you should possess the desire and enthusiasm to develop a career in recruitment, get pleasure out of working hard to make things happen and enjoy interacting with people at all levels across the business.
