The Vita Coco company is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented person, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role is based out of our NYC HQ ing to the Senior Director of People . We currently have a 3-day-per-week in-office requirement, to work from our Manhattan office.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will facilitate end-to-end volume sales and corporate recruitment within the USA to ensure that successful candidates align with Vita Coco’s culture and role requirements.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with department managers to understand resourcing needs and to develop recruitment strategies for each vacancy and new position.

This role will develop and implement consistent recruitment processes and best practices as well as maintain a pipeline of candidates for future roles.

Main Responsibilities :

• Full lifecycle volume recruitment (10+ requisitions at one time) across all US corporate and sales positions, ranging from entry to VP level.
• Drive recruitment process from end to end; inclusive of hiring manager intake meeting, posting requisitions, reviewing resumes, sourcing and attracting internal and external talent, conducting interviews, and make hiring recommendations to ensure company is achieving business goals by recruiting top talent.
• Developing new procedures and strategies to continuously elevate the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Proactively conduct sourcing for hard-to-fill locations on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. while maintaining ATS (Breezy).
• Experience with UKG and Breezy is a plus
• Cultivate strong partnerships across the organization and collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders.
• Formulate relationships with external partners to increase employer branding and passive applicants
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to the People Team, Hiring Managers, and Stakeholders.
• Represent the Vita Coco brand to all candidates and potential candidates and help create a stellar candidate experience.
• Identify ways to improve our employer brand and attract the most qualified candidates.
• Provide training and mentoring to / for hiring teams on ATS and creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Upskill and coach hiring managers on interview skills and techniques, helping them to identify the right technical skills and cultural in successful applicants.
• Analyzes and leverages recruiting metrics to inform and modify our strategies. Regularly evaluate the recruiting process and identifies opportunities for improvements.
• Responsible for cohesive ing on metrics, trend data, and status on all open roles.

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience of full lifecycle recruiting experience, agency recruitment experience a plus.
• Must have experience confidently leading conversations with hiring managers around business needs, qualifications, and creative solutions with hard-to-fill positions
• Experience in building policies and strategizing recruitment roadmaps
• Experience with direct sourcing methods, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated track record of successful recruitment in the corporate space.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Interacts and communicates equally well at all levels.
• Ability to identify innovative and creative solutions for hard-to-fill positions.
• Superior multitasking skills, project management skills, and business acumen.
• Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of solving problems.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
