The Vita Coco company is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented person, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is based out of our NYC HQ ing to the Senior Director of People . We currently have a 3-day-per-week in-office requirement, to work from our Manhattan office.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will facilitate end-to-end volume sales and corporate recruitment within the USA to ensure that successful candidates align with Vita Coco’s culture and role requirements.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with department managers to understand resourcing needs and to develop recruitment strategies for each vacancy and new position.
This role will develop and implement consistent recruitment processes and best practices as well as maintain a pipeline of candidates for future roles.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
