Vistek LTD is Looking For Warehouse Worker – Toronto at Toronto, ON Full Time

With five locations across Canada and continuing to grow, we are seeking a Warehouse Worker with experience in retail warehousing including inventory control, ERP and shipping/receiving for our Toronto Warehouse.

Functional Responsibility:
Under the general supervision, the Warehouse Worker is responsible for various tasks and duties related to the store warehouse. These may include any/all of the following- accurate, timely, and damage-free shipping and receiving as well as other tasks such as stocking/tracking of product, picking and packing of orders as required, ensuring the provision and proper stocking of merchandise.

Primary Accountabilities:
May perform any/all but not limited to the tasks below, using computerized inventory system to access and update data:

Receiving – Receives, unpacks, inspects, scans, stores and/or delivers merchandise or

materials, identifies missing stock and completes appropriate documentation

Shipping – Picks, checks, scans, packs, addresses and loads merchandise

Picking – Fulfills order by picking inventory and packing for shipment

May work independently or with a team

Inventory counts and bin scans on a regular basis, ing and acting on results

Maintenance of safe and clean warehouse and work areas at all times

Stocks shelves, ensures stock is adequate and properly presented

As directed, sets out displays and demo merchandise according to policy, procedures and display plans

Other miscellaneous duties as directed

Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Able to work alone or with others

Works quickly and without errors

Able to take and respond to task based directives

Safety focused

Experience and Education:
Read, write and speak English

Competent with PC and Microsoft Suite

Previous exposure to ERP systems

Previous Shipping & Receiving experience
