We are looking for an experienced IT/technology recruiter that has handled high-volume recruitment. We are a fast-growing company and the demand for new positions, in addition to replacement hires, is high. You will be working on hires globally, but mostly for our offices in Fort Lauderdale, London, and Malta.
Vista Global is the world’s first private aviation eco-system that integrates a unique portfolio of companies offering asset-light services to cover all aspects of business aviation: guaranteed and On Demand global flight coverage; aircraft leasing and finance; and cutting-edge technology.
Your Responsibilities:
Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers to define candidate search criteria and advise on the best hiring strategies.
Write and manage job postings for the Vista Global websites, job boards and social media.
Proactively sourcing, networking and talent-pooling candidates using Linkedin Recruiter, the candidate database and other available tools and initiatives.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertising, organizing of interviews at all stages, obtaining interview feedback and ensuring interviewers are prepared.
Perform initial application screening, including first-stage interviews, in line with the hiring manager’s brief.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as their point of contact throughout.
Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations.
Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives including attending recruitment events (may require infrequent travel) and project work.
Collaborate on the development of Vista Global’s employer brand and messaging.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Recruited a range of IT and technology (particularly software development) roles at all levels.
High volume end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company.
Recruiting internationally – ideally across USA and Europe.
A keen networker both within the company and among candidates and recruitment companies.
You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS) and Linkedin Recruiter.
Available for travel, domestically and internationally, when required.
