The Marketing Specialist, VISTA Staffing Solutions is a pivotal player in generating qualified leads for both client (hospital) and clinician (physician and advanced practice) needs of the organization. A mix of creative, digital and editorial responsibilities will leverage this person’s talents in a way that ensures the VISTA brand is properly and consistently presented in the market, grows market share, and drives brand consideration for potential clients and clinicians.
The Marketing Specialist, VISTA Staffing Solutions will represent the needs of brand to achieve business objectives. The position partners with the shared marketing department, as well as the departments within VISTA to support: digital marketing lead generation campaigns, sales support campaigns, marketing collateral development, publication advertising (traditional and digital), trade shows, job boards, social media posting, and other marketing campaigns to support client/candidate lead generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In collaboration with the Marketing Director, Physician Services and greater marketing team, drives lead generation and conversion for VISTA
- Working with shared marketing services as needed, ensures all paid media, job boards, social media advertising, and community engagement is on brand and properly represents the attributes of VISTA to the target audiences
- Manages all social media publishing with exposure to scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Meltwater)
- Works with the sales and marketing teams to support trade shows, events, optimize association memberships, and capture new marketing requests to support business needs
- As directed by the Marketing Director, supports the creation of marketing and sales support collateral
- Identifies and recommends new marketing opportunities
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by management
- Exposure to and training on marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, TextUs)
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content development, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Four (4) year degree in Marketing (or related degree) or Business
- Experience developing and implementing candidate/client marketing strategy
- Experience working with a marketing and sales team to drive brand awareness, consideration, and lead conversion
- Strong writing and editorial skills to develop, edit and guide content
- Prior experience supporting tactics for digital marketing strategy
- Industry experience in a healthcare, staffing, or human resources environment
- Knowledge of trade show communications/logistics preferred
- Experience managing a social media calendar is preferred
- Knowledge of graphic design principles preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
