What You Will Do:

At Vista, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the Director of Finance for ANZS (Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore), you will be the finance partner for the General Manager of ANZS and be a member of their leadership team. You will be directly involved in the strategic decisions made by the General Manager and will drive financial insights and accountability for the business across both commercial and manufacturing activities. This is a key role within Vista that will help shape the future of the business and the overall finance organization. This remote-first position will be based in Australia and report to the Senior Director of Finance.

• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on the assessment and measurement of business and strategic investment performance within their organization
• Lead commercial finance activities for ANZS including evaluation of financial results, monitoring trends, review consumer/product profitability, risks, opportunities and recommend actions
• Manage, develop, and mentor a small manufacturing FP&A team based in Australia, and FP&A leaders supporting our Japan and India markets who are based in their local markets
• Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis, for key decisions such as price changes, new product introduction, and manufacturing efficiencies, and capital investments
• Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership
• Lead the budget, forecast, and financial reporting for the ANZS organization
• Present and communicate to all levels of the organization

Your Qualifications:

• A strong academic background in finance or accounting, MBA/CPA is a plus

• 9+ years of Divisional or Manufacturing FP&A experience; e-commerce experience is a plus
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a finance team
• Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers within P&Ls
• Demonstrated skills in performing sophisticated financial modeling
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
