You will be joining the fastest growing Edtech company as an Inside Sales Representative aka the Education Consultant, you’ll be working directly with the new leads to help them achieve their goals through Vispark various advertising channels. Vispark succeed when we help student make academic progress in learning, fun, and social aspects.

Because people are at the center of everything we do, one of your main priorities is to educate parents about the value of Vispark program. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the business growth across the US and Canada. Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride. You’ll experience all of this in a supportive virtual team environment with the added flexibility of a remote workspace.

What You’ll do

• Respond to new inquiry within 15 min of the request, and make 30-50 calls a day for lead engagement and potential enrollment
• Educate, strategize, and successfully sell Vispark program or schedule a free trial session through a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone based
• Your mission is to reach as many leads as possible. The work hour is 9:00 am- 6:00pm PST or as otherwise determined by your manager
• Own and manage a pipeline of clients all organized in our CRM
• Become an expert in Vispark education solutions, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs – asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
• Achieve and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key.
• Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales target is just a numbers game and you’re here to win.

Requirements

• High school GED is required
• Able to engage with leads over the phone everyday
• Good communication skills verbally
• Good growth mindset
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight
• Must possess current US work authorization

Training and Development

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting base salary of $40k annual base + uncapped commission!!
• Guaranteed $1,500 monthly bonus for the first two months to get you off the ground
