Recruitment Coordinator Assistant Responsibilities:

• Check Recruitment Websites and follow up with applications
• Assist with Resume Searches
• Perform Phone interviews per the checklist
• 14 interviews per day
• Assist with phones as needed during downtime
• Assist with maintaining applicant records in our scheduling software system
• Assist with any tasks assigned by the Director of Recruitment and Retention
• Including, but not limited to: EVV assignments, new hire follow-ups, etc
• Assist with HR assignments
• including but not limited to onboarding compliance, employment verifications, yearly reviews, disciplinary items

Recruitment Coordinator Assistant Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruitment/human resources experience required
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products
• (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent decisions.
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Willing to assist with an On Call Rotation
