Visiting Angels of Boulder County & Westminster is seeking a Human Resources Training and Employment Coordinator to assist us in achieving our mission to honor and enrich the lives of older adults as they gracefully age in place.
The HR Training and Employment Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties including recruitment and on-boarding, training and orientation, employee relations, performance management, leave management, HRIS management, employee engagement and compliance with applicable regulations and requirements, policies and procedures in accordance with, and support of, the mission and values of Visiting Angels.
Home Care or care-giving experience is a plus!
