Job Description

This position is flexible and only requires work when necessary.

• The primary task is new business acquisition. No account management.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Call on business owners and senior-level decision makers to promote our services by phone, social media, email, or in-person.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals to drive your own and the company’s financial success.
• Understand all sales and marketing programs and materials so you can present them to the prospects.
• Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an innate problem solver, can anticipate issues before they arise, be a team player, and have a strict eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic is needed.

• 5 + years’ sales experience preferably in web marketing.
• Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Dynamic outgoing personality with the ability to network at industry mixers and local associations.
• Understanding of the web agency landscape.
• Proven track record of being customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven track records of sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
• Driven to produce a high level of sales performance and quota over achievement.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
