Job Description

The position is flexible and only requires work when necessary, with a range of hours from 0 to 20 per week.

• Leads are provided for our reps so they can focus on making the sale and closing the deal vs. spending their time prospecting.
• Understand all sales and marketing programs and materials so you can present them to the prospects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by utilizing various forms of communication.
• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimate date of delivery to the customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Capture and record customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other business systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an innate problem solver, can anticipate issues before they arise, be a team player, and have a strict eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic is needed.

• 5 + years’ sales experience preferably in web marketing.
• Able to work productively from home.
• Understanding of the web agency landscape.
• Proven track record of being customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven track records of sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiar with Pipedrive and Asana.
