Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will take charge of various Human Resources initiatives to drive talent management objectives forward.

In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and personnel transactions to maintain operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring vacancies, processing time requests, and advertising vacancies to attract qualified candidates.

Additionally, you will orchestrate the entire recruitment process, from onboarding to new employee orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization.

You will also be responsible for processing all personnel actions, managing benefits and leave inquiries, and preparing essential s to support HR decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in HR. Recruitment and onboarding experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technological skills and ability to adapt to new technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgment
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in talent management or HR generalist role is preferred.
