Are you passionate about creating joy for candidates throughout their recruitment journey? We are looking for a talent acquisition lead to join our talent acquisition team. This exciting opportunity will see you coach and develop our team of talent acquisition partners and sourcers, as well as managing the recruitment for our support centre and retail fulfilment hub colleagues.

What can you expect from the role?

Your day will involve getting to know the requirements from our hiring managers and building strong relationships with candidates. The key here is to deliver a personalised experience, helping our candidates through their recruitment journey.

We’ll also look to you to develop and coach our team of talent acquisition partners and sourcers that support our store network of almost 600 stores to find the best talent. From high volume retail recruitment to niche headhunting for our professional roles, no two days will ever be the same.

It is up to you to develop a team to bring our brand to life in every interaction we have. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from raising a vacancy to seeing a candidate through their onboarding, making sure we are creating joy for our candidates and hiring managers throughout their experience.

Everyone here gets involved in shaping our success and the beauty of this role is you will be supporting our own team as well as teams across the business to hire future game changers. You’ll also play a key role in providing insights and advice on the candidate market, including salary benchmarking, and creating an environment where the candidate experience is at the forefront of each touchpoint.

About you

For this role, we’re looking for someone with previous experience of managing in a talent acquisition team, ideally within a retail environment. Candidate attraction and engagement is important to us. Therefore, you’ll have passion and experience in this area.

To be successful, you’ll be someone that isn’t reliant on direct applicants to fill roles but focusses on sourcing great candidates and building future talent pools. To support shaping our success we love naturalcuriositywhich brings fresh ideas.

Due to the fast-paced nature of retail recruitment, you’ll have the ability to manage your workload effectively, have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a positive attitude to make sure our candidates are put at the heart of everything we do.
