• Base Salary + Superannuation = $81,596 (pro rata) + Salary Packaging

About the role

• Oversee the Vision Australia Radio (VAR) Perth volunteers in the ongoing delivery of effective, relevant and timely broadcast content in accordance with business goals and objectives;
• Assist with the design, development and implementation of new programs and content in accordance with business goals and objectives;
• Assist with the creation, recording and updating of on air announcements (promotional announcements and community service announcements) and facilitate the input of VAR Network sponsorship bookings;
• Enhance and maintain systems and procedures for program preparation and presentation.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Capacity to communicate and promote the values and approach of Vision Australia;
• A minimum of 3 years broadcasting experience with demonstrated experience in programming, audio production and volunteer management;
• A solid understanding of audio recording and editing software, Microsoft Office Suite and the internet;
• Experience in the development and implementation of strategies to increase and strengthen service/s profile and usage.
