RESPONSIBILITY

• Writing and posting job descriptions
• Source/hunt for profiles in IT area preferably salesforce and digital solutions consultants
• Experienced on using job board portals like
• Conduct the first level of validation – screening and shortlisting suitable candidates and doing the HR Interview
• Work closely with our regional activity managers and technical leaders to understand their needs and our client’s requirements for the Australian region
• Working closely with the Recruitment Team
• Prepare work proposal and draft of contract
• Participate to our recruitment meeting and events
• Participate to the on-boarding & off-boarding / coordination with headquarter in France
• Participate to our Recruitment events or marketing campaign (School relationship, job fairs, referral campaign management,..)
• Filling and other HR related administration

Recruiter Qualifications & Skills:

• Recruiting and Interviewing skills
• Phone, MSTeams, and online meeting platform skills
• Supports workplace diversity
• Familiarity with relevant Australian Employment Law
• Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and/or as a team.
• Good English communication
• Independent worker with capacity to recruit passive candidates and able to monitor multiple job search at the same time.

Education & Experience

• 8-10 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
