Interested in working as part of our People team? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People Team Graduate in London. We are a supportive team of 80 across the Europe region that strives to create a world class experience for our colleagues across Visa. We achieve this through strong collaboration, a drive for progress and, importantly, supporting each other’s development and having fun on the journey.

Joining our People Graduate programme, you would complete four six-month rotations across a two-year period and gain broad expertise to start your career in HR. We will work with you to choose rotations which are of interest to you and support your career development within the People function. Rotations could include People Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Relations.

Some things you might work on as a People Team Graduate are:

• Supporting our People Business Partnering team on delivering people initiatives across the company
• Embedding Inclusion & Diversity into all our activities to ensure Visa is an inclusive environment for all colleagues
• Working in Talent Acquisition to source the best possible talent to join our team at Visa
• Working in Talent Management to support the creation and delivery of initiatives which enable, retain, and grow our talent
• Working in our Rewards team on compensation and analytics initiatives
• Working with our Employee Relations team to provide specialist advice and support across a wide of Employee Relations matters.

So, what are we looking for in a People Team Graduate:

• Current university student graduating in 2023 or already graduated in 2022 and ready to start a full-time role in September 2023.
• Passionate about creating a world class experience for colleagues and delivering initiatives which directly impact colleague engagement
• Strong ability to collaborate across a global matrix organisation with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Growth mindset and resourceful
• Strong writing and/or quantitative skills
